GUIDED RELAXATIONS

My clients have access to my bank of hypnobirthing tracks which can be used as to aid relaxation and send positive messages to your subconscious during pregnancy, labour & birth.

Ideally you want to listen to tracks in a place that you feel safe & comfortable; this is super important so that you can relax completely and switch off to the world. Good places to try are soaking in the tub or tucked up in bed; sitting in the garden or snuggled on the couch; just definitely not when you are driving!

However, once you become familiar with them, they can also be used to calm you in times of stress. This sample track in particular is designed to help to release feelings of fear & stress. I’ve kept it pretty short (11-ish minutes!) so that you can work through it quickly, perhaps if you need a little boost in appointment waiting rooms.
