Anchoring Hand Massage

£4.00

Guided relaxation with grounding hand massage. This technique uses an acupressure point on the hand to promote feelings of relaxation & calm.

Used regularly as a relaxation practice during pregnancy, you will become familiar with the technique and will be able to use it to promote calm, with or without my voice to guide you.

You don’t need to use one, but if using this track as part of a pregnancy relaxation, I recommend using a nice oil or hand cream. Frankincense is a particularly good scent for grounding, to help you find your way back to calm; as is lavender, but to be honest, the most important thing is that it’s a scent you like, so go with something you’ll look forward to using.
